From the East: 

NYS Thruway (I-90) West to I-490 (Exit 45, Rochester-Victor Exit).  Take I-490 West approximately 16 miles to the Broad Street/Plymouth Avenue Exit (Exit 14).  At the first traffic light, turn right onto Broad Street.  Proceed to the second traffic light and turn left onto Fitzhugh Street.  Proceed to the first traffic light, which is Main Street.  The City Place Building (50 West Main Street) will be across Main Street on the left.  To park, proceed across Main Street and turn right into Sister Cities Parking Garage.

From the West: 

NYS Thruway (I-90) East to I-490 (Exit 47, Rochester-LeRoy Exit).  Take I-490 East approximately 22 miles.  Keep to the left upon approaching downtown (after passing the Brown and Broad Street exits) and take the Inner Loop/Plymouth Avenue/Downtown West Exit (Exit 13).  Immediately after the expressway splits, exit at Plymouth Avenue.   Turn right at the end of the exit ramp onto Plymouth Avenue (hint: there are three lanes at the end of the exit ramp; turn right from the center lane, in order to make a quick left after you turn).

Turn left at the first traffic light onto Church Street.   Turn right at the stop sign onto Fitzhugh Street.  Parking is in the Sister Cities Parking Garage, which is on your left.  To reach the City Place Building (50 West Main Street) after parking, walk south on Fitzhugh Street to Main Street (left out of the Sister Cities Parking Garage).  Turn right at the traffic light and cross Fitzhugh.  The entrance to City Place, 50 West Main Street is on the corner of Main and Fitzhugh.

From the South: 

I-390 North to I-590 North to I-490 West (follow signs for Downtown Rochester). Take I-490 West approximately 3.5 miles to Broad Street/Plymouth Avenue Exit (Exit 14).  At the first traffic light, turn right onto Broad Street.  Proceed to the second traffic light and turn left onto Fitzhugh Street.  Proceed to the first traffic light, which is Main Street.  The City Place Building (50 West Main Street) will be across Main Street on the left.  To park, proceed across Main Street and turn right into Sister Cities Parking Garage.
