Arcade All Hazard Mitigation Plan
The development of the Town and Village of Arcade Hazard Mitigation Plan was a three-phase process. The first phase was the development of the Town and Village of Arcade Flood Mitigation Action Plan, which was completed in September 1999. The second phase was the completion of a hazard analysis in 2002. The third phase was the development of the Hazard Mitigation Plan, adopted in 2005, which includes the integration of the Flood Mitigation Action Plan and the hazard analysis.
The Town and Village of Arcade prepared a Town and Village of Arcade Hazard Mitigation Plan Update (2012) to the 2005 All Hazard Mitigation Plan. The purpose of the Update is to review the hazards that could occur in the Town or Village and then formulate a plan for preventing or minimizing damage from those various hazards.
