David S. Zorn Executive Director
David Zorn joined the staff of the Genesee/Finger Lakes Regional Planning Council (G/FLRPC) in the early 1990's. As Program Manager, and later as Executive Director he has stressed client service, integration of all program areas, strategic planning and the development of measurable organizational and programmatic goals, and staff capacity and expertise.
Areas of Expertise David's areas of expertise include both organizational and programmatic. He has organizational experience with administration, project and program management as well as grant development and administration, training and education, and strategic planning. He has programmatic experience with land use, environmental, water resources, and economic development planning as well as geographic information systems, remote sensing, socio-economic and demographic analysis, and database and web development.
