Municipal Law Library Update
As part of its mission to serve the region, G/FLRPC maintains a municipal land use law library, which contains information for the 192 municipalities within the nine county region. The last comprehensive update of this resource was conducted in 2001. Therefore, we are currently asking all municipalities in the region to provide us with any updates to their local land use laws.
Each municipality was mailed three short forms:

Form A (white sheet) shows what G/FLRPC currently has in our municipal land use law library. Municipalities are to indicate if there have been any changes or updates.

Form B (gray sheet) asks for any other relevant plans or laws that have been adopted by the municipality.

Form C (green sheet) asks for basic information on municipal staff and boards.
It is anticipated that Forms A and B are best completed by the Code Enforcement Officer, while Form C can be filled out by the Municipal Clerk (a set of forms has been sent to both the clerk and the code enforcement officer). However, each place is unique, so municipalities should feel free to circulate these forms to whomever they think would be best at completing them.
