Complete Streets Guidebook

"Implementing Complete Streets: A Guidebook" is a project funded by the Genesee Transportation Council through their UPWP program.  This project idea came about after G/FLRPC published our "Preparing Village Main Streets for Planning: Guidebook"  which was written to assist Villages in affecting design changes to their Main Streets. G/FLRPC wanted to take this a step further by working with interested communities to collect, inventory, analyze, prepare, and implement complete streets policies and programs around the Region for the purpose of developing a guidebook from these actions.  This initiative will help shift towards a more balanced approach to complete streets and offer guidance to the region on how to incorporate active transportation design elements into their streets.
